At SheVibe.com, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your SheVibe account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your request confirmation to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
